The 1Box^® technology is suitable for monitoring assets, people and technologies as well as management of alarm statuses.  This technology, in its basic configuration, allows for monitoring of thousands of assets with tens of thousands different sensors.

The signals from the sensors and detectors such as the video camera systems, electronic security or fire systems are transferred via REGGAE, specially developed communicators and tranmitters, by all available communication routes to the control room. The control room operator is automatically informed about an alarm or other monitored event and has a sophisticated software tool available for managing the alarm event.

The operator can call the customer directly vie the provided software or send him an SMS or e-mail. An information about the asset could be easily sent to the intervention vehicle. The system also enables for monitoring the work of the intervention team. The customer can follow the asset status after logging into NAM web application.
