NAM system has been creating advanced technologies since 1990. Our focus is on security applications. Thousands of satisfied customers are the proof of our long-term commitment and devotion.    

We are a member of societies that support education and business in the area of information and communication technologies – IT Cluster and BT Cluster (Safety and Security technology Cluster). As a member of ČKBS (Czech Club of Security Services) we are well informed about new trends in the field of safety and security services.

We continuously support educational projects and technology development at local schools. We cooperate on projects run by the Technical University of Ostrava and the University of Tomáš Baťa in Zlín. Our educational curriculum for students of vocational schools with focus on NAM monitoring technologies helps with applying their academic knowledge in practice.

Communication solution

Communication solution suitable for transferring and receiving of data over the telephone lines, internet, in GSM network and on private radio frequencies. 

Messages from assets could be transferred to the monitoring controlling via the following systems:

  • GLOBAL and GLOBAL 2 radio network – unique cell communication systems on the frequency of 400 – 470 MHz.

The GLOBAL private radio network consists of Collecting stations (retranslation) which are distributed within an area that requires a radio coverage as mutually communicating cells. The GLOBAL 2 network is suitable for large agglomerations with thousands of assets. The private radio networks are ideal alternative to GSM networks and are suited to assets with high risks.

ADDITIONAL MODULES FOR EASIER WORK OF OPERATORS, TECHNICIANS AND MANGERS

  • 1Box pbx (integration of the VoIP telephone switchboard) – back-up your telephone conversation with customers. This module enables the operator to dial phone numbers directly from the controlling software, automatically detects the asset from which a call has been made and marks the call with notes.
  • 1Box guard (integration of navigation for intervention vehicles) – navigate intervention vehicles to specific assets.  The guards do not need to know the maps and streets to locate the asset. The module connects a monitoring system and a vehicle navigation (ONI system) with the controlling software. The operator sends a pre-defined asset information into the intervention vehicle navigation and the monitoring technology of the vehicle provides the operator with information about the intervention progress.
  • 1Box video (integration of the video server) – view the video recordings from cameras installed on the monitored assets during an alarm. The module integrates an ATEAS video-server into the operator’s application. In case of an alarm, the pre-defined cameras are automatically displayed on the asset including a recording made before the alarm.

  • 1Box Videofied (integration of Videofied system) – integration of Videofied wireless security system with alarm video-verification into NET-G monitoring software. Area sensors of Videofied security system are equipped with cameras that generates short video during an alarm. This way the operator has a written description of the alarm as well as a video recording from the affected area.
  • 1Box connect (integration of monitored control rooms) – a software application that allows for electronic cooperation of security agencies during an intervention. Thanks to this cooperation the security agencies are able to provide services even in location that are not covered by intervention vehicles. By pressing an appropriate button in the application the operator sends request to an agency that provides intervention on the affected asset and the entire follow-up communication is done via electronic means.
  • 1Box Patrolcontrol (integration of patrol systems) – the Patrolcontrol system processes data from patrol devices as per pre-set rules and transmits the selected data into operator’s application. This way the operator receives only critical information about patrols that were not executed or distress situations of the patrolling officers.  

Technology for Network Operations Centres 1Box®

1Box® is a unique technology designated for the smooth run of Network Operations Centres. The 1Box® technology integrates all what is necessary into one compact tool for building an effective control room. 1Box® is provided in the form of a fully-equipped rack case or it could be integrated into the controlling ICT.  The scalability of the technology allows for economical operation of small control rooms (Central Monitoring Station – CMS) as well as large Network Operations Centres with complex requirements.

1Box® serves for processing and evaluating of data from electronic and fire safety systems as well as from camera, telemetric, access, patrol, personal monitoring and many other systems installed on the monitored assets.

1Box® consists of software and hardware components of the highest level and quality from NAM system and from leading IT providers. 

Technology for asset monitoring

We develop and produce state-of-the art monitoring technologies.

Under NAM®technology brand we provide complete equipment and services for control rooms including hardware, software, installation, training,  supervision and many others. The 1Box® technology is suitable for monitoring assets, people and technologies as well as management of alarm statuses.  This technology, in its basic configuration, allows for monitoring of thousands of assets with tens of thousands different sensors.

The signals from the sensors and detectors such as the video camera systems, electronic security or fire systems are transferred via REGGAE, specially developed communicators and tranmitters, by all available communication routes to the control room. The control room operator is automatically informed about an alarm or other monitored event and has a sophisticated software tool available for managing the alarm event.

The operator can call the customer directly vie the provided software or send him an SMS or e-mail. An information about the asset could be easily sent to the intervention vehicle. The system also enables for monitoring the work of the intervention team. The customer can follow the asset status after logging into NAM web application.
